VIOLATION: Larceny, False information to Law Enforcement

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 06/02/17, the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury received a report

of a suspicious vehicle parked in a driveway on the Crossroads road in the Town

of Topsham, VT.

 

Operator Todd Provencher, 38 years old of Barre, VT, was located nearby and upon further investigation, was subsequently arrested and charged with Larceny and False information to Law Enforcement. Provencher was given a citation to appear in Orange County Court for the offenses.
