SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On June 14, 2017, a joint investigation with the Vermont Drug Task Force, Vermont State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations and Bennington County State Attorney’s Office, resulted in the arrest of Kearstyn King, age 19, of Bennington (VT) for both possession and sale of heroin.

 

King was taken into custody and transported to the Shaftsbury Barracks for processing.  At the conclusion of processing, King was released with a citation, ordering her to appear in the Bennington County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on August 21, 2017, at 08:15 hours to answer to the above charges.
