Traffic alert – Delays on I-89 north, Milton area

Press Release – Highway / Traffic Notification

 

Traffic on Interstate 89, north at the Lamoille River Bridge is backing up due to a partial lane closure due to an overturned construction vehicle.  This in in the work zone at about mile marker 100 in Milton.

 

Workers are in the area and are working to clear the obstruction as quickly and as safely as possible.  No injuries have been reported in this incident.

 

Motorists should expect delays in the area, or seek alternate routes. Please drive carefully and move over as much as possible for workers in the area.
