SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 06/01/17 at approximately 1445 hours, State Police responded to a two vehicle

crash on River Road in Saint Johnsbury. Jessica Norrie, 20, of Lyndonville, VT

was traveling south when she was struck by John Skinner, 17, of Waterford, VT who

was pulling out of a pull-off under the interstate bridge. Skinner was issued a

ticket for vehicle entering a roadway and Norrie was issued a ticket for using a

portable electronic device with an additional $25.00 fine for not wearing her

seatbelt. No injuries were reported in the crash.
