SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On the above date and time the Vermont State Police responded to Price Chopper located at 857 Memorial Dr. in the Town of St. Johnsbury for a reported theft. Investigation revealed that Amber Boule (22) and Melvin Wilson (50) were caught stealing merchandise from store totaling $74.31. Boule and Wilson were issued citation to appear in Caledonia Superior Court at a later date.
