SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: 

On 6/3/17, at approximately 0808 hours, Vermont State Police were dispatched to a call of a crashed and abandoned snow mobile on White School Trail in the town of Burke, Vermont. Investigation revealed the snowmobile had been stolen by Darren Newland (27) and Jacob Gorham (27) from Matthew Clark’s (37) residence at High Meadows Road in East Burke, Vermont. Both Gorham and Newland were finger printed and photographed at the St. Johnsbury Barracks. Newland and Gorham were cited into Caledonia Court for 7/24/2017 to answer to the charge of Grand Larceny.
