SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On the evening of 05-26-17, State Police were dispatched to a call for assistance near Dole Hill, in Danville. VT. Investigation revealed that Farr was traveling home when he assaulted another party in the vehicle. When the Victim attempted to call for help, Farr did not allow it and kept the Victim from calling 911. Farr fled the scene that night, however he turned himself in on 05-30-17 to State Police. He was fingerprinted and photographed, and lodged at NERCF.
