SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On the above date and time the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 91 south near mile marker 127.4 in the Town of Waterford. The operator was identified as Dalton C. Harrington (24) of Groton, VT. Investigation revealed that Harrington's privilege to operate a motor vehicle was criminally suspended. He was taken into custody and transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing. Harrington was released with a citation to appear in Caledonia Superior Court at a later date.
