INCIDENT LOCATION: 1689 US Route 302, Newbury, VT

VIOLATION: Burglary, Vandalism

 

ACCUSED: Two Juvenile males                                             

AGE: 15, 16

 

VICTIM: Lisa Winne

AGE: 47

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Woodsville, NH

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On 06/13/2017 State Police received a report of a burglary and subsequent vandalism to an unoccupied residence located at 1689 US Route 302 in Newbury.  The interior of the residence sustained significant damage as a result.

  Evidence at the scene led Troopers to two juveniles, ages 15 and 16, who were responsible for the break in. These same juveniles had already been issued juvenile citations on 06/10/2017 for various charges stemming from a theft of sports equipment from Blue Mountain Union School in Newbury. State Police have added charges of Burglary and Unlawful Mischief to their pending cases.
