SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On June 26, 2017, while on routine patrol in the Town of St. Albans, VT, Trooper Mattuchio conducted a motor vehicle stop at the exit 19 Jolley gas station located off of Fairfax Rd.

 

It was later determined the male operator, Scott Weller (49), was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He was given a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on July 24, 2017 at 1pm.
