CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Colchester, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On June 14th 2017, at 1920 hours a member of the Vermont State Police came in contact with Kellie Quenneville on Interstate 89 southbound at mile marker 111.6 in the town of Fairfax. Quenneville was identified as the operator of a disabled motor vehicle in need of assistance on the highway. Subsequent investigation revealed that Quenneville did not possess a valid Driver’s License, and was in fact under criminal suspension at the time of operation. Quenneville was ultimately released from the scene with a citation to appear in Franklin Superior Court on August 21st 2017 in order to answer to the charge of Driving While License Criminally Suspended.
