INCIDENT LOCATION: Interstate 89 (northbound) at Mile Marker 120 in Swanton, VT

VIOLATION: Careless and Negligent Operation

 

ACCUSED: Amanda Haouzane                                              

AGE: 24

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Laval, Quebec.

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 25, 2017 at approximately 1825 hours the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop of a Nissan Rogue on Interstate 89 (northbound) near Mile Marker 120 in Swanton, Vermont, for travelling approximately 101mph in a posted 65mph zone. The operator was identified as Amanda Haouzane, 24, of Laval, Quebec. Haouzane was released on a citation to appear at the Franklin County Superior Court on July 24, 2017 at 1300 hours to answer to the charge of Careless and Negligent Operation.
