ACCUSED: Danielle M. Fletcher

AGE: 32

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Rutland, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On June 3, 2017 at approximately 1701 hours, troopers from the Vermont State Police barracks in Rutland Town were contacted by a citizen requesting assistance with a family member. During the investigation, troopers learned the family member was Danielle M. Fletcher, and there was an abuse prevention order in effect, prohibiting Fletcher from having contact with the citizen caller. It was reported that Fletcher left the residence upon troopers' arrival. After a search of the area, Fletcher was located and fled from troopers. After a brief foot chase, Fletcher was taken into custody and transported to the Rutland barracks.

 

Fletcher was later lodged at the Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility, and is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday, June 5, 2017 at 1230 hours to answer to the charge of Violation of an abuse prevention order.
