SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: 

 

On June 10, 2017, at approximately 1210 hours, members of the Vermont State Police assigned to the Rutland Barracks, were notified of an active assault taking place on Business Route 4, Rutland Town, Vermont. Prior to the Trooper’s arrival one party involved left the scene. The complainant, a concerned citizen, reported observing a male knock a female to the ground, strike her, and pull her hair. Further investigation, which included several interviews, lead Troopers to Dylan Donahoe. Donahoe was subsequently taken into custody for Domestic Assault, Violation of Conditions of Release, Driving While Criminally Suspended, and False Reports to Law Enforcement. Donahoe was subsequently arrested and lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Center for lack of $5,000.00 cash or surety bond.
