SUMMARY OF CRASH:  On June 4, 2017 at approximately 0557 hours VT State Police Williston Troopers responded to the report of a single vehicle rollover collision with injuries on Interstate 89 in Bolton at MM72.5 Northbound. Upon arrival, and through investigation, it was found that operator#1 Josiah Lejuwaan fell asleep while traveling north. After falling asleep, the vehicle Lejuwaan was operating left the interstate and sideswiped a large boulder in the median. The vehicle subsequently overturned and came to rest on its roof. Speed was not a contributing factor. Impairment was also not a contributing factor. Lejuwaan sustained fractured ribs and a collapsed lung as a result of the collision and was transported to UVMC for treatment. Lejuwaan will be mailed a traffic ticket for failing to drive on a roadway laned for traffic. Troopers

were assisted at the scene by Williston Police Dept, Richmond Fire Dept, as well as the Richmond Rescue Squad.
