VIOLATION: First Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault, Unlawful Mischief

 

ACCUSED: Suzanne Amon                                                            

AGE: 52

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Warren, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, Troopers were notified of a domestic assault that occurred at 4680 Mill Brook Rd in the town of Fayston. The complainant advised Suzanne Amon struck him in the face with a ski helmet which caused significant damage to his head and right eye. After the assault, Amon broke a large window at the residence with a log. After meeting with the complainant, Troopers located Amon at the residence and took her into custody. Amon was transported to the Middlesex State Police Barracks for processing and later brought to the Washington County Superior Court Criminal Division Courthouse to appear before a Judge.
