SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, State Police responded to Beach and Ashford's residence in Woodbury, for a report that their landlords (Day and Llewellyn) walked into the residence without permission.  A verbal argument ensued about late rent.  Day and Llewellyn had to be told several times to leave.  Both Day and Llewelly were issued a citation for Unlawful Trespass.  They are scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court - Criminal Division on 07/27/17.
