SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 06/14/2017, at approximately 2209 hours, VT State Police from the Middlesex Barracks conducted a traffic stop on VT Route 62 near Fisher Rd in Berlin, VT. The operator was identified as Noah Isham. It was learned that Isham's license was suspended criminally. He was issued a citation to appear in Washington Superior Court - Criminal Division on 07/27/2017 at 0800 hours and released.
