VIOLATION: DUI 4, Criminal DLS, Violation of Conditions of Release, Resisting Arrest

ACCUSED: Stephen Heath

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time, State Police responded to a dispute occurring in the town of Troy. After speaking with the complainant, members of the State Police and the Orleans County Sherriff's Department witnessed Stephen Heath operating a motor vehicle on VT Route 101. Heath has court ordered conditions prohibiting him from operating any motor vehicle on a public highway and also has a criminally suspended license. Heath resisted arrest as he was being taken into custody and it was later determined Heath was operating the motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants. Heath was transported to the State Police Barracks in Derby where he was processed and lodged without bail at Northern State Correctional Facility.
