SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 6/24/17 at approximately 2300 hours, VSP-Derby Troopers encountered a vehicle in the fishing access at the Craftsbury/Greensboro town line.  The passenger, identified as Miranda Small, was found to have active pre-trial court conditions.  Small was found to be in possession of and having consumed alcohol, and to be out past curfew.  Small was issued a citation to appear in court for two counts of violation of conditions, and released from the scene.
