SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06/14/2017 at approximately 1626 hours, members of the State Police were notified by US Customs and Border Protection of a male that attempted to cross the border while in possession of prescription drugs that did not belong to him. Subsequent investigation revealed that John Walsh was is possession of a depressant that was prescribed to someone other than him. Walsh was released on citation to appear in Orleans County Court on 08/22/2017.
