SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06-15-17 the Vermont State Police was conducted by Patricia Pierno about a piece of property she owned in Windham, VT.  Pierno reported that she was made aware by neighbors of that property that an unknown individual was "squatting" or residing in a mobile home that was located on the property.  The out of state owner did not give permission for anyone to be on the property.  Upon my arrival to the property located on Woodburn Road in Windham I met with an individual who identified himself as Darren M. Belford.  Belford was forthcoming with his involvement in the "squatting" incident at the residence.  Belford was arrested and charged with Unlawful Trespass.  Belford was processed and released from the State Police barracks with a Criminal Citation to appear in court.
