SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On May 12th , 2017 at approximately 0054 hours, Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 89 in the city of South Burlington after observing multiple motor vehicle violations. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Travis J. Kidd, of Pikeville, KY. Kidd was subsequently arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence and transported to the Williston Barracks where he was processed for DUI. Kidd was processed and released on a citation to answer to the charge of DUI.
