SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

Vehicle #1 was making a left turn to continue onto Parish Hill Road.  Op#1 was distracted and not paying attention.  Vehicle #2 was driving south onto Parish Hill from Beetlestone Hill Road and had almost cleared the intersection when vehicle #1 entered the intersection and struck the rear tailgate of vehicle #2.  Vehicle #1 immediately turned sharply to the left and exited the roadway.  vehicle #1 drove down a steep culvert  The front end of the vehicle contacted the ground as it came to rest causing substantial damage.  No injuries were reported.      

 

This crash is still under investigation.
