SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On Thursday, May 11, 2017, Vermont State Police concluded three child sex offense investigations with the arrest of David J. LaClair of Springfield, Vermont. LaClair was charged with 3 counts of Lewd & Lascivious Conduct with a Child. The offenses occurred in 2010 in Perkinsville and Weathersfield, VT and involved three juvenile victims. LaClair was released on a citation, Court ordered Condition of Release, and is scheduled to appear at the Windsor County Superior Court Criminal Division on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 1230 hours.
