INCIDENT LOCATION: Allen Brothers Market Westminster Vermont

VIOLATION:DUI

 

ACCUSED: Charles J. Webster                                                

AGE:27

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Westminster, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On this date and time, Vermont State Police arrested 27 year old Charles Webster

for suspicion of driving under the influence.

 

Vermont State Police made contact with Webster while checking out at Allen

Brothers Market in Westminster and determined that he had been drinking. 

Webster was subsequently arrested for suspicion of driving under the

influence and was transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing. 

 

Webster was later released with a criminal citation to appear in Vermont

Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on June 6th, 2017 at 0800 hours to

answer to the above charge.
