INCIDENT LOCATION: Interstate 91 NB mm 35 Rockingham (Windham County) Vermont

VIOLATION: DLS

 

ACCUSED: Marshall Todd Dean                                                

AGE:56

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Brattleboro, Vermont

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On this date and time, Vermont State Police stopped 56 year old Marshall Todd Dean on Interstate 91 northbound at mile marker 35 in the Town of Rockingham (Windham County) Vermont, for an expired registration.

 

Investigation revealed that Dean was under criminal suspension in the State of Vermont and was subsequently taken into custody.  Marshall was then transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing.

 

Dean was later released with a criminal citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on June 20th, 2017 at 0800 hours to answer to the above charge.
