VIOLATION: Driving License Suspended 3rd, Violation of Conditions of Release, Arrest Warrants

 

ACCUSED: Michael Truman (DLS 3rd and VCR)                                              

AGE:30

ACCUSED: Nolan Perry (Arrest Warrant)

AGE:19

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE:Berlin, VT

 

ACCUSED:Daisey Lumbra (Arrest Warrant)

AGE:25

CITY:Northfield, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: State Police stopped a tan Chevy Suburban on VT 14 in East Montpelier for suspicion of DUI and Driving License Suspended.

 

During the stop, the operator was determined to be Michael Truman who's privilege to operate a motor vehicle is criminally suspended in VT for a prior DUI. State Police also determined that Truman had current conditions of release that he not operate a motor vehicle.

 

State Police determined during the stop that the front passenger, Nolan Perry, had an active Washington County arrest warrant for Disorderly Conduct with a bail of $50.

 

State Police determined during the stop that the rear seat passenger, Daisey Lumbra, had an active Orange County arrest warrant for Heroin Possession and Violation of Conditions of Release with a bail of $5000.

 

The three subjects were taken into custody and processed at VSP Middlesex. Truman was released on citation to appear in Washington Superior Court on June 15, 2017.

 

Lumbra and Perry were taken to the Washington Superior Court where the Court released Perry and remanded Lumbra to the Dept. of Corrections.
