SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On February 28, 2017, the Vermont State Police were contacted by the VICTIM who advised when she was 13 years of age she was sexually assaulted by Wooster.         

Through the investigation it was learned Wooster provided the 13 year old girl with alcohol and sexually assaulted her in the Town of Benson, VT.  Wooster who is being represented by an attorney was issued a Citation on his behalf to appear in Rutland Superior Court on May 17, 2017.   

In 1994, Wooster was convicted of Sexual Assault on a Minor and Lewd and Lascivious Conduct with a Child. 
In December of 2016, Wooster was arrested and charged with Lewd and Lascivious Conduct with an 11 year old girl.  Also, in December of 2016, Wooster was arrested and charged with Lewd and Lascivious Conduct with a Child and Furnishing and Enabling Consumption by a Minor with a 15 year old girl. 

The Rutland Unit for Special Investigations (RUSI) is a multi-disciplinary team that investigates, prosecutes, and serves victims of sex crimes and child victims of severe physical abuse throughout Rutland County.
