SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 5/17/17 at approximately 2014 hours VSP Derby issued a Be On the Lookout (BOL) for a stolen antique 1931 Ford, stolen from Glover, Vt and on a trailer with CT plates. The vehicle was taken from a barn in Glover. Troopers from the St Johnsbury Barracks observed a vehicle matching the description southbound on Interstate 91 in Ryegate. Troopers stopped the vehicle and in the course of the investigation learned of heroin inside the vehicle. All three listed above were taking into custody for Grand Larceny and Possession of Heroin and transported to the St Johnsbury Barracks for processing. All three were later lodged at NERC for lack of $2500 bail each.
