SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 05/06/17, at 0705 hours, the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury responded to

the report of a collision of a single motor vehicle into some trees on Swamp Rd. in the town of Newbury, VT.

 

Operator John Paye Jr. was traveling south on Swamp Rd. when he lost control of his vehicle on a right curve and struck some tress. The ruts and mud covered roadway was a contributing factor to the collision. Paye Jr. was not injured and his vehicle sustained moderate front end damage and removed from the scene by JTB Towing.
