SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On the above date and time the Vermont State Police responded to the area of 345 Upper Rogers Rd. in the Town of Newbury for a reported single vehicle crash. Investigation revealed the operator of the vehicle, Scott Johnson (22) of Fairlee, VT, was under the influence of intoxicants. Johnson was taken into custody and processed at the Bradford Outpost for suspicion of DUI. He was issued a citation to appear in Orange Superior Court at a later date.
