SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 05-28-17, at approximately 1806 hours, Vermont State Police received a report from a resident on Tenney Hill Rd., Vershire, that William Carroll had dumped nails and beer cans in his driveway. Upon arrival Troopers located approximately 1/4 mile of empty beer cans strewn about the travel portion of Tenney Hill Rd. Witnesses reported seeing Carroll riding the tail gate of his truck while yelling profanities and placing the aforementioned beer cans onto the roadway. William was issued a Civil Complaint for Littering and a Citation to appear at Superior Court, Orange County to answer the charge of Disorderly Conduct.
