SUMMARY OF CRASH: On May 22nd 2017 Troopers with the VT State Police responded

to a 2 vehicle crash on VT Route 113 in Thetford at the driveway of Thetford

Elementary School. Troopers learned that Operator 2 was traveling east on VT

Route 113 when Operator 1 (Elissa Silverstein) who was traveling west on VT

Route 113,  turned to enter the parking lot of the Thetford Elementary School.

Operator 2 attempted to stop but was unable to avoid the collision and the front

passenger side bumper of vehicle number 2 struck the rear passenger side of

vehicle number 1 causing minor damage to both vehicles.
