SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On May 10th 2017, at approximately 1840 hours a member of the Vermont State Police stopped Henry Dozier on Route 7 in the town of St. Albans due to a motor vehicle violation. During the traffic stop Dozier provided Troopers a falsef name and date of birth. Subsequent investigation revealed his true identity, and it was discovered that Dozier did not possess a valid Driver’s License. Dozier and was in fact under civil suspension at the time of operation. Dozier was charged with providing False Information to Law Enforcement and released with a citation to appear in Franklin Superior Court on June 12th 2017 in order to face said charge.
