ST. ALBANS BARRACKS / DUI DRUGS, FALSE REPORTS TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES, AND ARREST ON TWO WARRANTS

INCIDENT LOCATION: Chester A. Arthur Road in Fairfield, Vermont.

VIOLATION: Driving under the influence, false reports to law enforcement

authorities, and two active misdemeanor arrest warrants.

 

ACCUSED: Archie Domina Jr.                                         

AGE: 29

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Fairfield, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

                On May 23, 2017 at approximately 1811 hours the Vermont State Police

conducted a motor vehicle stop of a 2003 Ford Expedition on Chester A. Arthur

Road in Fairfield, Vermont, for an equipment violation. The operator of the

motor vehicle, Archie Domina Jr., 29, of Fairfield, VT, provided a false

identity and was suspected of operating the motor vehicle while under the

influence of drugs. Investigation revealed that Domina Jr. also had two active

misdemeanor arrest warrants out of Franklin County, Vermont.

                Domina Jr. was placed under arrest and transported to the VSP St. Albans

Barracks for processing. Domina Jr. was ultimately lodged at the Northwest State

Correctional Facility on $1,500.00 bail. Domina Jr. was also issued $486.00

worth of Vermont Civil Violation Complaints and a citation to appear at the

Franklin County Superior Court on June 12, 2017 at 1300 hours to answer to the

charges of driving under the influence, and false reports to law enforcement

authorities
