VIOLATION: Driving Under the Influence

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 25, 2017 at approximately 0050 hours the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop of a grey 2001 Honda Accord, on Vermont Route 36 in Fairfield, VT, for an equipment violation. The operator of the motor vehicle, Adam Irons, 25, of Enosburg, VT, displayed signs of impairment. Irons was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence and transported to the VSP St. Albans Barracks for processing. Investigation revealed that Irons was under the influence of alcohol and other drugs.

 

Irons was released on a citation to appear at the Franklin County Superior Court on June 19, 2017 at 1300 hours to answer to the charge of Driving Under the Influence.
