SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On May 28th 2017, at 1553 hours, a member of the Vermont State Police stopped Ryan Lowe on Route 15 in the town of Jeffersonville due to a motor vehicle violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that Lowe did not possess a valid Driver’s License, and was in fact under criminal suspension at the time of operation. Lowe was charged with Driving While License Suspended, and released with a citation to appear in Lamoille Superior Court on June 28th 2017 in order to face said charge.
