SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On May 1st 2017, at 1736 hours, members of the Vermont State Police responded to the report of a suspicious vehicle on Polly Hubbard Road in the town of Georgia. During the course of the investigation contact was made with the operator of the vehicle in question. She was identified as Nichole Hough, and at that time it was learned she possessed a criminally suspended license along with active pretrial conditions stating she was not to operate a motor vehicle. Hough was charged with DLS and VCOR, and released with a citation to appear in Franklin Superior Court on June 5th 2017 in order to face the aforementioned charges.
