St. Albans Barracks / Driving Under the Influence #4 and Driving While License Criminally Suspended

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On May 21st 2017, at 0110 hours a member of the Vermont State Police stopped Sean Parker on Route 104 in the town of St. Albans due to a motor vehicle violation. Upon contacting Parker, it was suspected he was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Subsequent investigation revealed that Parker was in fact under the influence of alcohol at the time of operation. Additionally, it was discovered that Parker was under conditions stating he must only operate a motor vehicle equipped with an ignition interlock device. The vehicle being operated by Parker during the stop did not have such a device installed. Parker was placed under arrest and brought to the St. Albans State Police Barracks for processing. Parker was charged with DUI #4 and Driving While License Criminally Suspended. He was lodged at Northwest Correctional Facility and is scheduled to appear before Franklin Superior Court on May 22nd 2017, at 1300 hours in order to face the aforementioned charges.
