ACCUSED: Courtney Pascoe and Bradley Pascoe 

AGES: 37 and 61 

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: St. Albans, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On May 15th 2017, at approximately 1904 hours Vermont State Police received a call reporting a single vehicle slide off at the intersection of North Road and Chester Arthur Road in the town of Fairfield. Upon arrival, Troopers made contact with both the operator and passenger of the vehicle involved. These individuals were identified as Courtney and Bradley Pascoe (ages 37 and 61, of St. Albans). Subsequent investigation revealed that Courtney had operated the vehicle at the time of the crash, and Bradley had attempted to operate the vehicle after the crash. It was determined that both Courtney and Bradley were under the influence of intoxicants. Both individuals were placed under arrest and transported to the St. Albans State Police Barracks for processing. Courtney was charged with Driving Under the Influence #1, and Bradley was charged with Driving Under the Influence #4 along with Driving While License Suspended Criminally. Courtney was cited to appear before Franklin County Superior Court on June 19th 2017 and was released into the care of Detox. Bradley was lodged at Northwest State Correctional Facility for lack of $1,000.00 bail. He is due to appear before Franklin County Superior Court on May 16th 2017 at 1100 hours to answer the aforementioned charges.
