SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 05/13/17 at approximately 1810 hours Troopers responded to the area of Ladd Road in Pownal for a vandalism complaint. Responding Troopers discovered at least three mailboxes that had been smashed. Investigation revealed that Raetz and Rocher had been responsible for the damage to the mailboxes. Both were issued citations for Unlawful Mischief and released. They are to appear in Bennington Court on 06/26/17 to answer to the charge.
