SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On Saturday, May 27, 2017 at approximately 0014 hours, troopers with the Vermont State Police –Rutland Barracks stopped a vehicle on Meadowlake Drive in the Town of Mendon for an observed traffic violation. The operator was identified as Thea Marie Swanson (AKA: Thea M. Clark), 52, of Mendon. Investigation revealed that Swanson's privilege to operate a vehicle was criminally suspended. Swanson was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in Rutland Town. Further investigation revealed Swanson was also in violation of court ordered conditions of release. She was processed and released on a citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at 1230 hours.
