SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On May 8, 2017 at approximately 0141 hours, troopers with the Vermont State Police –Rutland Barracks stopped a vehicle on US Route 4 in the Town of Mendon for a minor traffic violation. The operator was identified as Ian S. Buck. Investigation revealed that Buck’s privilege to operate a vehicle was criminally suspended. Buck was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in Rutland Town. He was processed and released on a citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division on June 12, 2017 at 0830 hours.
