SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On May 31, 2017 at 7:10 pm Vermont State Police conducted a traffic stop on US RT 4 for a defective muffler.  The operator, Andrew Webb, 37 of Hubbardton, Vermont was found to be driving with a criminally suspended license from a previous DUI conviction.  Webb was cited into Rutland Superior Court on July 3, 2017 at 8:30 am to answer to the above charge.
