SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On May 8, 2017 at approximately 2338 hours, Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on South Main Street in Rutland Town, Vermont, for a defective equipment violation. The operator was identified as Tanya M. White of Rutland, Vermont. It was determined that White’s privilege to operator a motor vehicle in the State of Vermont was suspended criminally. White was arrested and released with a citation to appear at a later date.
