INCIDENT LOCATION: Vermont Route 14, Royalton, Windsor County

VIOLATION: License Required - Subsequent

 

ACCUSED: Michael E. Howe                                               

AGE: 44

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: South Royalton, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 5/19/17 at approximately 1509 hrs, Troopers from the

Vermont State Police - Royalton Barracks initiated a motor vehicle stop on a

gray Subaru Forester believed to be operated by a suspended driver. during the

stop, Troopers confirmed Michael E. Howe of South Royalton, Vermont was

currently under civil suspension. Troopers also confirmed Howe had an expired

operator license and had a previous violation of License Required within the

last year after December 1, 2016. Howe was issued a Vermont Civil Violation

Complaint for operating while under civil suspension and he was issued a

criminal citation for his subsequent offense of Title 23 VSA Section 601;

License required.
