SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 05/09/2017 at approximately 1749 hours, Philip Gilman was traveling north on Interstate 89 in Hartford.  Gilman was traveling 102 MPH in a 65 MPH zone.  Gilman was processed at the Royalton State Police barracks and released with a citation to appear in court.
