INCIDENT LOCATION: I89 mile marker 27 south, Bethel, Windsor County

VIOLATION: Excessive Speed

 

ACCUSED: Logan Whitcomb

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Stockbridge, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 4/30/17 at approximately 1530 hrs, Troopers from the

Vermont State Police - Royalton Barrack observed a gold Subaru Forester

traveling south on I89 near mile marker 27 in Bethel, Windsor County at a speed of 103 mph. Troopers

stopped the vehicle and identified the operator as Logan Whitcomb of

Stockbridge, VT. Whitcomb was cited to appear at the Windsor County Superior

Court to answer to the charge of Excessive Speed, which is a violation of Title

23 VSA Section 1097.
