SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On May 2, 2017, at approximately 0630 hours, State Police were notified of a single-vehicle collision on W. River Road in the Town of Lincoln. Upon arrival Operator #1 was no longer at the scene and was later located at his residence. Op #1 was identified as Nicholas Jennings. Investigation revealed that Jennings was traveling East on W. River Road when he drove off the roadway and collided with the guardrail on an embankment. This caused the vehicle to roll over on the passenger side causing damage. The vehicle was later towed from the scene. Neither alcohol nor drugs were determined to be contributing factors in the collision. 

State Police were assisted by the Lincoln Fire Department and Rescue.
